Here's your chance to spout off on whatever gets your goat -- or floats your boat -- while adding to your writing credits!

Journalists & PR Writers -- Take a break from all that serious writing and have some fun for a change! HumorPress.com gives you a creative outlet to help keep your sanity! But watch out for the beginners and freelancers! Remember, funny is what works here!

Humor Columnists -- Have you had some success writing columns for your local paper or online? Let's see what you've got! (Previously published material is fine if it meets the entry requirements, and you KEEP ownership of your creative work.)

HumorPress.com provides a great opportunity to get published, win cash prizes and gain valuable recognition for your writing talent. We don't charge an arm and a leg for entry fees, either. Just $10. And we don't claim to pay $1000s in cash prizes. That's just plain unrealistic.

This is a genuine contest of humor and talent. It isn't one of those "contests" where everyone who enters gets selected for publishing and the real goal is to sell a ton of overpriced anthology books. Our judging criteria clearly outlines the quality of writing we are looking for and will reward. (And a book purchase is not required for contest entry.)
