Dear Linda,

It is true that dairy can wreak havoc on some people’s health. But for most of us, the ‘no dairy’ rule should be one of personal preference and a matter of taste.

I have a question for you. Do you enjoy eating dairy? Then by all means, eat it. Julia Child believed that Americans are too serious about food and I agree. Does your chewing gum have the right level of Omega 3s? Is there flax seed in your meatloaf? Is there meat in your meatloaf? ...
